Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Digital downloads or software.
  • Select health and personal care products.

To process your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may apply in these cases:

  • Books showing clear signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@dwtees.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Shipping Costs

You’re responsible for covering return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.
